Ray Johnson Fan Club hits Venice!
On a recent visit to Venice for La Biennale di Venezia, I put up six works: three stickers and three proper collages.

RJFC Sticker #34 (above) was completed on 5/27/2013 using trash found on the streets of Geneva.
It was made at out rental apartment near Carouge while visiting there.
Sticker #34 was left (above) in Venice, Italy, 8/18/2013 on a metal post by the canal along Fondamenta San Giuseppe in Castello.

RJFC Sticker #35 (above) was completed on 5/27/2013 using trash found on the streets of Geneva.
It was made at out rental apartment near Carouge while visiting there.
Sticker #35 was left in Venice, Italy 8/16/13 at the café in the Giardini section of the 2013 Biennale (above).

RJFC Sticker #41 (above) was completed 8/16/13 using trash found on the streets of Venice.
I made it there, while sitting at a café (Valentino?) on Via Garibaldi.
I left Sticker #41 in Venice the next day, 8/17/13 on a yellow utility box in the wall across
from the Olivetti shop on Sotoportego del Cavalletto, just off Piazza San Marco (above).

Ray Johnson Fan Club Relationship LXVIII “DE BOLERO” (above) was completed 7/13/2013 using trash found on the streets of Brussels.
I made it on a ruined blank DVDR, while sitting at Café de la Presse on Avenue Louise near Ixelles in Brussels.
It was left 8/18/13 on the wooden barrier gate of an elevated boardwalk at the Lido Public Beach in Venice, Italy (above).

“FAKIRS AND FEMALE WRESTLERS DO NOT PLAY an elderly schoolmarm from Pasadena”
This 69th collage (above) was completed around 8/14/2013 using trash found on the streets. I made it while sitting in several different cafés in Mons, Belgium.
It is my first collage on a record. (45 size with the smaller hole.)
This collage was left 8/17/13 on a utility box near the Biennale entrance on Fondamenta Arsenale in Venice, Italy (above).

Ray Johnson Fan Club Relationship LXX ~ “I DON’T NEED TO love EVERYTHING”
This 70th collage (above) was completed on 8/19/2013 using trash found on the streets of Venice. I made it overnight at our rental flat on Fondamenta San Giuseppe. It was made on the album cover “Parade des Succes No. 31.” (below)
This collage was left the same morning near the entrance to Fondamenta San Giuseppe in Venice, Italy (above).
