Relationship XX – “you can be anyone They want”
THIS PIECE IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
Large collage on a painting found in garbage – made entirely of found objects.
Approximately 5’x5′ (feet)
This was my first large collage, almost as tall as me, and also my first piece made specifically for an art exhibition and not as street art. It was shown for “Parcours – 40”, le parcours d’artistes à Mons during the last two weekends in May of 2011. I was working with the group Recycling Collective at the former Royal College of Fine Art in Mons, Belgium. The school had been abandoned for many years but I still found some of the students’ art lying around in the vacant rooms. This large painting of a face was crumpled up in a trash heap so I used it as my canvas to collage on.
Relationship XIX – “Big Treat from the Paradise Machine”
Relationship XVIII – “Parisienne Brute”
Relationship XVI “Let’s All Indulge.”
Relationship XV “Schön und Sexy”
